Collecting in Brighton

Collection in Brighton is by arrangement: there's no public counter, so we agree a time and a handover point with you when you book. The hire runs from when the kit leaves us until it's back and checked in, so an evening pickup before a morning call counts towards the hire period.

Check everything when you collect and tell us about any fault straight away. We may ask for ID and proof of address before releasing kit.

Delivered across Brighton & Hove

We bring kit to sets across the city: seafront and beach locations, the Lanes and North Laine, Kemptown and Hove terraces, offices, venues and studios. We collect it again at wrap.

Delivery is free within 30 minutes of Brighton on hires over a minimum hire value, which covers most of the city; ask what that is when you enquire. Send the address and call time, and we'll agree delivery and collection times with you in advance.

Access, stairs and unloading

Brighton sets are often top-floor flats, narrow hallways and streets with nowhere to stop. Tell us about stairs, lifts and where a vehicle can pull in to unload, and make sure someone is on site to receive the kit.

Kit on city streets

On dry hire the kit is your responsibility from collection or delivery until it's back with us. Our terms ask that it isn't left in an unlocked vehicle, unattended somewhere unsecured, or in a vehicle overnight unless it's secured. That matters on busy seafront and city-centre shoots.

Flats, houses and small rooms

Low ceilings and no room for stands: flexible mats tape or rig flat, and a smart bulb goes straight into a practical lamp.

Dry hire: kit only

For crews with their own gaffer or spark. Collect in Brighton by arrangement or have it delivered, run it yourselves and bring it back. You'll need insurance covering the kit's full replacement value for the hire period.

Wet hire: kit plus a gaffer or technician

One of our technicians drives the kit to set, then rigs, runs and looks after it under your direction. While it's under their direct control, responsibility for the kit stays with us. Days are based on 10 hours unless agreed otherwise; overtime is quoted case by case.
